analysis. Students MUST refer to the social work literature to identify empirically based
interventions and prevention strategies for the issues presented by your participant(s) to
demonstrate that you have substantively & affectively prepared for action with this/these
individual(s).
I.   Introduce the person that you interviewed, why the person was selected, where and when you met with the person and for how long each time. Briefly present the problem(anxiety disorder)that was identified as the focus of the interview, and provide an overview of your case analysis paper.

III. Intervention (25 points) (approximately 4 pages) 
With the participant(s), identify mutually agreed upon focus of work and desired
outcomes
Describe a mutually agreed upon intervention plan, selecting appropriate
intervention strategies. Justify your choice based on: i. Ethical and value issues
ii. Cultural considerations
iii. Empirical evidence
iv. Self-determination & dignity
v. Other considerations
Describe how you would advocate for access to services with/for this participant. 
Describe how you would negotiate, mediate or advocate with/for this participant.
IV. Evaluation (25 points) (approximately 4 pages)
Develop a plan to measure the effectiveness of the intervention chosen 
Identify or create one measurement instrument (attach)
V. Prevention (25 points) (approximately 4 pages)
Identify a prevention strategy (primary, secondary or tertiary) that could reduce the
likelihood of issues like this in the future.
Discuss how you would evaluate the effectiveness of the prevention strategy
VI.  Conclusion: provide a concluding paragragh that briefly summarizes your paper and what you have learnt that will influence your future social work practice.
