In this class you have learned about multiple direct and indirect impacts of climate change in human health.
In your opinion, what is the most concerning impact of climate change on human health locally or internationally? Please name and describe this impact, with attention to (1) the climate driver(s); (2) environmental condition(s) and/or hazard(s); and (3) the human health impact.
Why, in your opinion is this the most concerning?
Describe which populations are experiencing this impact with attention to social, geographic and/or physical vulnerabilities. Please describe these vulnerabilities, including any intersections and historical or ongoing events that have created them.
Describe how the health impact that you selected relates to issues of environmental justice.
Last, please describe and discuss adaptation, mitigation, resilience or co-benefits that are currently underway, or that could be applied to improve this human health issues.
