Section 2 has incorrect font and margins. Please note the case study directions specify what parameters to use.
While your paper is organized correctly, it lacks detail and content. If put in the proper format it will not suffice the page number requirement.
Also, you have a works cited list stating you used four sources; however, the paper lacks any proper citation giving credit to those sources for verbiage used in the paper.
Please correct the lack of in-text citations and resubmit the paper

In order to receive an “A”, the student will:
1.         Follow all instructions for writing a case
study found attached
to the case study form and turn in on the due date.
2.         Type case study without
spelling or grammatical
errors. Do not type in all capital letters.
Margins for disease assessment should not be greater than one inch all around
and font size not greater
than 12 points.
3.         Footnote any information that is not your own idea. If
using a direct quote from an author, please
indicate by using quotation marks. Text should not be one continuous footnote, many of the ideas or conclusions
should be your own. See examples of the correct footnote
procedure at the end of this text.
4.         Paraphrase, no plagiarism accepted.

Respiratory Program
Handbook and the College catalog.
5.         Include a reference bibliography in the format given.

spaced) sections one through four (patient assessment).

at least 4-5 page disease assessment (section
five) on a disease which you have not reported
on in the past. Both
must be well written
without spelling or grammatical errors.
The patient assessment section
should follow that outline provided. The disease
assessment part should be narrative with sections labeled
“Etiology”,etc.
8.         Use at least
six references (program
textbooks are acceptable). Three of which must be articles
from current journals, not older than three years
old unless special
permission is granted. Attach photocopies of journal articles
to case study. Web sites are NOT current journals. No Merch Manual
or Encyclopedias.

the student  will:

case study
