This FA focuses on COG and the ties to Critical Factors (Critical Strengths/Critical Weaknesses) and Critical Capabilities/Critical Requirements/Critical Vulnerabilities. Competencies 2, 3, & 18.
This Formative Assessment is a tool to ensure that the student(s) comprehend information in relation to session learning objectives and underlying course competencies. It is a “Meets Expectations” or “Not Yet” assessment. If the professor determines that the student isn’t sufficiently knowledgeable about the subject presented (“Not Yet”), the professor will provide remediation in order to bring the student up to a passing standard. Explain the relationship between the objective and the Center of Gravity (COG) and briefly discuss the relationships of Critical Strengths to the COG(s) and how COG(s) are determined. Then discuss the relationship(s) between the COG and Critical Capabilities/Critical Requirements/Critical Vulnerabilities.
