The instructor wants the essay questions answered more personally. Sort of discussion based to show an understanding of the topics. I believe he is looking more for our opinions. Please answer each question at least half a page. He said text book answers are good but we really need to some an understanding of the topics.

2. Please provide a brief discussion of the activities involved in planning an evaluation.
3. Outline the importance of involving stakeholders throughout the evaluation planning process.
4. Explain the role that a logic model might plan during the planning phase of a program.
5. Provide a review of formative and summative evaluation. Be sure to define each and outline when each might be used.
6. Compare and contrast different methods of communicating evaluation results. Identify ways in which evaluation results can be overinterpreted or misinterpreted. Explain how to address different stakeholder needs in the communication of evaluation results.
7. Describe the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation tools and methods. Include a discussion of reliability and validity, as they relate to evaluation.
