Your evaluation should contain the following components:

Evaluation of the abstract based upon the rubric – what score would you give it and why
Answer to the question: what is the big picture for the authors and why is it important.
Three interesting facts you learned from reading the entire discussion along with three terms/concepts you needed to “google” in order to learn more about or understand that were presented in the introduction
A paragraph evaluating the experimental section. Identify similarities and differences between what you are required to report and what the authors presented along with an assessment of whether or not you feel the author’s work is “appropriate”.
Choose one section of the results. Identify which paragraph could be considered the figure/table description and which one could be considered general observations. Provide a bulleted list of at least 3 observations/results and at least 1 result/discussion that were presented in each.
Evaluate the conclusion section based upon our rubric. What score would you give and why?
Credit will be awarded if I can answer the following question in the affirmative: “Based upon this submission, is it evident that the student read the paper, attempted to understand it, and adequately critiqued it using the writing protocols implemented in CHM 313”.
