This course is for the project management methods.
On successful completion of this course, the student should be able to:

Learning outcome three. Apply project management techniques to complex business-related assignments
Assessment overview:
The assessment for this module is for the students to discover, research and assess a
current business issue or opportunity facing an organisation of their own choosing and to
create a project plan for it. In small groups, they are expected to assess the situation, the
potential solutions and prepare a presentation to put forward a business case for a project
to address the situation. In addition, each group member will write a short academic essay (1500 words, +/- 10%) on one of the topics of the project management class, and research and analyse that in more detail. Topics for the essay could be for example: stakeholder management, project communication ( let’s choose this project communication), project risk management, critical path analysis and project crashing / fast tracking.
Side important notes:
1. I put 20 sources but you can add more or less if you wish.
2. Make sure the level of writing is easy and simple and to follow and understand as this instructor is pretty strict on that and grading.
3. I have attached a sample from previous student’s work so you can have an idea.
