Each student will design and develop a face-to-face,
three hour training program on one of the following topics – a topic
identified during Week 3 discussion board post, adult learning theory and
training techniques, change management, or leadership. Students will develop learning outcomes, an
agenda, PPT presentation, facilitator notes (typed in the notes section in
PPT), a training budget, and ROI/ROE recommendations. The training program should incorporate best
practices in training and adult learning and should serve as a “plug-and-play”
training program that an HR manager could use within his/her organization.
Please consider the following items when developing your
training program:

Training is for 25 supervisors or high potential
employees being considered for supervisory positions

The training will be an on-site training room
with a projector, screen, and laptop
·
The trainer is the HR Manager for the
organization
·
The average employee salary is $28 per hour

No training materials are on hand – you will
