Discuss an organization within the private or public sector from the perspective of how it operates within the Political and Symbolic Frames.
In particular, write about how it engages in bargaining and negotiation from the perspective of “creating value” and/or “claiming value” as part of the organization’s political negotiation and bargaining strategy. Using the examples from the organization that you chose, discuss to what extent your organization balances the two processes.
You may also cover the aspects of your organization’s Symbolic or Cultural frame that are relevant. Again, it is most likely that the organization you choose does not operate within the full context of either frame.
Discuss why this might be the case. Your analysis is the most important part of this assignment – not simply stating the various frames you see in play. Note: You may use the same organization that you have already used for Assignment 1 although the content of the paper should be substantially different.
This paper should be no more than 6 pages in length (including the bibliography), typewritten, 12-font, double-spaced format.
