Purpose
This activity provides you with an opportunity to check your learning progress and to assess your understanding of fundamental organizational behavior concepts.
Directions
In the Graen and Uhl-Bien piece, you read about the Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) Theory and the LMX-7 questionnaire (Northouse, 2013) Download LMX-7 questionnaire (Northouse, 2013). As the piece notes, this questionnaire is given to both the leader and the follower in an organization to assess the relationship between the dyad of the two people. Practice the LMX by using the LMX-7 to assess a leader you have worked with in the past two years. Do you think the total score is an accurate depiction of your relationship with that leader? How do you think the leader would answer it for you?
After you have completed the questionnaire, please share the results and write a brief reflection (100 words or less) on whether you agree with this characterization.
Upload a Word version of your reflection piece to Canvas.

Your assignment will be submitted to the Turnitin plagiarism prevention service via Canvas. Your assignment content will be checked against Internet sources, academic journal articles, and the papers of other GU students, for common or borrowed content. Turnitin generates a report that highlights any potentially unoriginal text in your paper.
You are allowed one attempt to submit the final version of your assignment as repeated submissions checked via Turnitin will produce inaccurate and high similarity scores that indicate possible plagiarism.
