Chapter 1 – Introduction
We must briefly describe the subject matter, identify it as worthy of research, and explain the purpose of the document.
There is a potential to improve the transportation of
perishable goods to Cyprus by implementing these new technologies.
Cyprus, being an island, faces unique challenges in
importing goods. The sole means of importation, by Sea or air, pose
significant limitations, particularly for perishable goods.
Research questions:
1. Current
challenges and limitations in transporting perishable goods to Cyprus and gaps
in transportation methods (Limited means of transport, Lack of real-time monitoring and traceability, Vulnerability to disruptions such as delays, temperature variations, etc.).
2. Understand
these technologies and their potential applications that may enhance
transportation resilience, how they can be used, and the benefits and
challenges of applying them.
3. What are
the economic, environmental, and societal impacts of adopting such technologies
in transportation for perishable goods in Cyprus, and how do these impacts
contribute to overall resilience and sustainability in the supply chain
Chapter 2 – Literature Review
An
extensive Literature Review about the topic and the research questions will lead
to our research gap. The literature review must be packed with pieces of literature.
It must be
divided into sub-sections, and each sub-section should discuss one
themed area
We must
finish the literature review with some questions that need to be answered.
Chapter 3 – Methodology
We’ll need to present a plan of action we plan to follow to answer the questions presented.
Study many
case studies where these technologies have been implemented.
Chapter 4 – Results
Go over the results of the research and evaluate them in depth.
Chapter 5 – Recommendations
Chapter 6 – Conclusion.
