It is important that leaders establish trust when trying to foster public and private partnerships. Furthermore, whenever a challenge or barrier arises, both sectors must work together openly to solve the issue. For example, if an issue arises, it should be both sectors collaborating together equally or by compromising to implement the new policy, and not one sector taking on the full responsibility or recognition for the implemented policies (Sadeghi et al., 2016).An example of an existing public/private partnership that you think is successfulAn example of an existing public/private partnership is private health insurance. For example, the government will outline the rules and regulations on the healthcare policies and the private companies will follow that rule and maintain the policy. The reason why I think this partnership is successful is that, although it is cheaper to use government-funded insurance, when these individuals have dependents, it becomes more complicated having public health insurance.
