Problem
Nurses form the larger workforce of healthcare professionals at the frontline in hospitals. However, nurses face challenges like being short-staffed, often resulting in greater complexity of care and threat to patients’ health care and safety (Cho et al., 2016). Nurses face challenges that have existed for a long time, and the challenges keep evolving.
