Directions for the Final Essay Our Final Essay assignment will be an argument using good logic. Let your research question and/or thesis on happiness drive your research.

Your argument must be supported by research. You must use five sources. You can use two sources from the readings and videos from this class while three sources must be from the library’s databases (no Google Scholar, no Google searches, no .coms, no .orgs). Your paper must be at least five – six complete pages NOT including the works cited page.
Use 1” margins on all sides, double space (remove all extra line spacing everywhere).
Use Times New Roman 12 pt. font. Use MLA formatting throughout – required in-text citations, a “Works Cited” page as the final page of your essay (use a page break). Upload your document in MS Word only. No other formats will be accepted because other formats do not sync well with the plagiarism checker, Vericite. Check your own Vericite score (it shows as a percentage in a colored box: blue, green, yellow, orange, or red).
