Research papers should be no less than eight pages, no more than twelve. They should be written using APA guidelines and proper citations. All papers must use 12-point Times New Roman font, double spaced with a one-inch margin.
I will evaluate the papers in terms of the following criteria: Did the student proofread the paper for spelling and grammatical errors? Did the student clearly state what was trying to be proved and supported the arguments with relevant support from case law, statutes, regulation, articles and books?
My topic is relating to criminal law and white-collar crimes that can take place in large pharmaceutical companies such as fraud, money gauging, etc. Thinking of instances where purchasers or pharmaceutics misrepresent their products or even have phony items being passed off as real drugs. Also thinking about the opiod crisis and the companies that were held liable for the distribution and advertising of opiods. Specifically, the settlement that occurred with Purdue Pharma and the Slacker family.
