1. Read the article by Lopez and Freeman (2018) and refer to the types of followers identified in Table 1. (p. 65). In a paragraph, describe a situation you have been in (can be work or personal) in which at least two types of followers were involved. Briefly provide the background and purpose of the group you were working with. Do not use any individual or organizational identifiers. (3 points)
2. Identify the types of followers you worked with. Describe the behaviors of the two followers you identified and how they match up with the descriptions in Table 1 of the article by Lopez and Freeman (2018). (3 points)
3. Discuss the impact these followers had on the group. Was it positive, negative, or a mix of both? How did the other group members react to these individuals? If the situation was or would have been in a healthcare setting, how would the followers have impacted 1) a motivating climate and 2) patient care and safety overall? (4 points)
