1) Relying on the book, describe the difference between challenge and hindrance work-related stressors, and the best way to handle them. Provide two examples of their difference. One should come from your experience in the workplace, and the second should come from the business press ( (e.g. WSJ, Fortune, Inc., Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The Economist., etc..). You can include pandemic-related stressors. ( One way to write the paper would be describing the challenge and hindrance stressors and comparing with each other finding the differences and provide one example for each. One example is from the workplace and another one from the business press.
2) Relying on CHAPTER SIX, describe five biases that can shape perception. Provide an example of each – (1) at least two examples from your workplace and (2) at least two examples from the business press (e.g. WSJ, Fortune, Inc., Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The Economist., etc..). Your choice on the fifth example. The description and examples should describe life or work-related outcomes for them. (One way to write this part would be talking about each perception bias and write examples from each one. Two examples could be from the business press and the other three from the workplace. Since there are 5 perception biases then you can distribute the examples that way). Chapter 6 of the book has the answer to this question but you have to come up with examples from the workplace and from the media, you have to use sources.
