Organizational culture is often defined as “the way we do things around here.” For this assignment please think of your current or former employer and write a brief essay with the following information:
Describe that organization’s culture – be as specific as you can.
Does that culture leads to the strengths or weaknesses of that organization?
Are there other factors more important for organizational success and if so what are they?
The following week, read and reply to at least 2 other students. In your reply identify key differences and similarities between the culture where you work and the culture where they work.
