Write an executive summary including the following:
Conduct an assessment of how diversity, cultural competency, and equity are addressed in your professional work organization.
Create an executive summary of your findings.
Describe and apply recommendations and a plan for improvement.
Examine, analyze, and relate your leadership strengths and abilities to recommend and implement your plan.
Incorporate leadership strengths you have learned about yourself in your summary and explain how your strengths will assist in your ability to implement your plan.
