f. Develop organizational development and change management strategies and recommendations.
g. Determine solution(s) best suited to address the business need, and communicate recommendations to business partner and L&D management
h. Track all internal and external training needs on the department’s Learning Plan document

2) Create presentation, change and project plans in conjunction with other involved L&D staff, and communicate plan to business partner.

a. Work with department peers throughout Corporate Learning to review needs analysis and recommendations approved for implementation to create a project plan identifying project deliverables, milestones, and due dates thereof
b. Create client agreement to outline roles and responsibilities of the various parties throughout the development, procurement, and/or implementation phases of the project
c. Meet with client no less than quarterly to review learning plan and agreement; obtain signatures d. Manage projects according to basic project management methods

3) For all plans, monitor implementation and assist, as necessary, to ensure objectives are addressed in materials and meet project milestones. Analyze and resolve any problems throughout the project. Update client and L&D management regularly.
