Section B: Theoretical Framework (Identify major assumptions related to your project, justify through principals found within selected theories that support the project) Section C: Goals and objectives: Describe 3-5 measurable objectives for your proposed project. Section D: Methods (Describe the design of the project, include participants/ethical considerations, Describe measures/methods for data collection and or activities. Provide a chart to describe timeliness for progression and completion. Section E: Resources/Budget (Describe facilities/resources, include needed human resources, identify consultants if needed, identify costs allocation through a proposed budget. Section F: Evaluation (Describe how evaluating project including formative and summative measures. Explain monitoring phases to be conducted. Include considerations for additional resources if needed. Section G: Dissemination Describe the plan for communicating outcomes. Must be in APA format with title page, citations in text, 3 levels for headings/subheadings and reference page. References: Sources are relevant, majority are current with the exception of theoretical or seminal works for support.
