Demonstrate understanding and awareness of important cultural and organizational

June 12, 2024

Demonstrate
understanding and awareness of important cultural and organizational dynamics
issues that arise when building a continuous improvement culture.
Each student will
prepare a term paper on a major “quality continuous improvement” topic of
interest to the student. Each
student will submit a written report on a quality management topic related to
Leading continuous improvement.
The project term paper
should be constructed using APA format, composed in Microsoft Word Software,
using Times New Roman font, 12-point font size, double spaced, and will contain
reference citations and a references section
Is Corporate America ready to rid
itself of MBOs?
Management by Objectives (MBO)
The paper should
contain:
1.
In the introduction of
the paper, identify the specific topic, describe how the report is organized,
and explain why the topic is important.
2.
Body of the Report.
Organize the body of the report in a logical manner. Follow the organization you
describe in the introduction. For every statement of fact, you present in your
report you must include a reference citation from a source listed on the
References page.
3.
In the summary, do not
introduce new information, rather relate the topics discussed in the body to
reach a logical conclusion. The summary also briefly tells the reader what has
been presented in the body of the report.
4.
Ten (10) or more
different references. List the references alphabetically by last name. Provide
full information to enable the reader to find the sources you have used. Use
the APA style for your paper’s format as well as for reference citations.
5.
Length 7 pages (double
spaced). Your page length does not include the title or reference pages.
Notes:
You may not use
Wikipedia or any other web-based reference encyclopedia. If you do, your grade
will immediately reflect a minimum of half a letter OR a full letter grade
lower depending on how often the source is used. If you find an article through
the USF library, that is acceptable and encouraged.
You must use citations within your paper. Use quotation marks for direct quotations.
You may not use ChatGPT
or any other software applications or artificial intelligence platform to
complete this assignment.
