Activity for Assessment: The election is over, and a new president has been sworn in. Regardless of how we might individually feel about this outcome, one thing is for certain, we are divided as a country. For this discussion, we are going to look at the most recent calls for removing President Trump in his final weeks, via impeachment or the 25th Amendment. Specifically, we are analyzing the 25th Amendment, as a tool to remove the president. (Keep in mind, we are looking at this academically, and not as a way to bash President Trump. I know it can easily devolve into an argument between those who do and do not support President Trump. Let us keep in mind this is an academic setting.) Watch and read the following video and article. Please feel free to do other research on this topic as necessary. Then, answer the questions below.
