Course- International Business Management. Subject- Marketing. Consumer Behaviour Harvard referencing; Research-qualitative; Resources no older than 5-7 years Questionnaire and Interview transcription should be included as in the example I have sent. Cultural and Creative sectors are among the most affected during COVID-19pandemic, particularly venue-based sectors like theatres due to the restriction measures-social distancing measures, lock-down, closure of venues and containment to rehearsal.
With London regarded as the biggest theatre market in the UK, this research will focus on the West End district, which has the highest concentration of theatres, hence is experiencing the existential crisis. The aim of this research is to
investigate how theatre enthusiasts in London respond to crisis management strategies implemented in West End theatres during the current pandemic. My dissertation seeks to explore the consumer response to paid as well as free online streaming offers. The research can be considered exploratory, thus in order to achieve more comprehensive in-depth analysis, information for this research will be conducted from primary resources through semi-structured online interviews. Due to the restrictions of current pandemic interviews from12 theatre patrons will be conducted through online platforms to explore the perceptions and behaviours towards online that this epidemic is a unique social phenomenon ,this research is important asit uncovers the consumer response to current digitalisation strategy and enables not only to determine its effectiveness but also can provide valuable information for the future shifts in the performing arts industry. Chapter 6: Conclusion This chapter summarises your findings in response
to your research question(s) and their implications for future research
and practice. The conclusion chapter is a prime opportunity to emphasise the contribution of your work and to consider how your findings relate back to any broader contextual issues raised in the mustal so include a reflective statement about what you have learned as part of your dissertation (no more than 500 words).
This may detail: worked well for you in the process of undertaking your dissertation? challenges did you face? would you do differently with the benefit of hindsight? did you develop and how do they relate to your future career? I believe we can make the adjustments with the interviews and methodology
