2000 words on the following research topic.
Select one organization within the UAE and
complete the following task requirements:
Requirement 1
Using appropriate theories and conceptual models, critically assess the organization’s
cultural profile and assess to what extend it contributes to an effective leadership (CLO3-
20 marks)
Requirement 2
Using theoretical concepts, critically evaluate how change management affects people
behaviors. Based on this appraisal, formulate appropriate recommendations (minimum 5)
of possible strategic leadership practices that can mitigate people resistance to change
(CLO4 – 20 marks)
Requirement 3
Based on the body of knowledge related to ethical leadership, critically draw the impacts
of leadership behaviors (at least 3 styles) on building strong vs weak organization culture
(CLO5 – 20 marks).
Students are required to refer to theories and concepts that have been covered in class
lectures related to the various topics and applications of these concepts and frameworks in
their appraisal of the questions. Students are required to critically analyze the overall
effectiveness of leaders’ behaviors and to provide evidence to support their arguments in
building strong organization culture and ethics
