CRITERIA– Code of Ethics Paper
This assignment provides an opportunity for the student to review and apply a provision from the
Code of Ethics to his/her practice. Each student is to select one provision from the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses with the Interpretative Statements and demonstrate application using a case example from their nursing practice or clinical experiences. The provision is to be clearly articulated, and a description of each of the interpretive statements clearly identified.
Turn in a short paper that addresses the questions below. This paper should be no longer than 5 double spaced pages, not including title page and references. The paper must follow APA (7th ed.) format with a minimum of three (3) references. Please review the guidelines regarding plagiarism and be sure to cite all direct in-text quotes accurately. A maximum of five (5) direct in-text citations are allowed.
