Crisis Managers:
Let’s suppose that you have just been contacted by the Associate Vice-Provost of this university to ask your assistance in developing an updated crisis management plan. The university has done an excellent job in the past at developing and implementing crisis plans, but now, wants to put more emphasis in obtaining insights from crisis management experts, like you.
Knowing that you are knowledgeable in crisis management, the Associate Vice-Provost wants you to identify a list of potential crises that could occur at the university.
Using the map below, identify the top potential crises you think UNCP faces.

Your final product will be a list of potential crises, but with a few conditions:
Identify specific buildings you think are at risk and why,
Identify specific areas of the campus that you think are at risk and why,
On the provided map above, draw arrows or circle the areas that you think are most at risk – for example, draw a circle around a specific building, etc.
For each risk that you identify, specify if you think it is a high risk (very likely to occur) or a low risk (not as likely to occur, but still worth identifying).
Your final product will include:
Your brand image page
A list of ALL potential risks (this can be as long as you think is necessary)
A map of UNCP with your markings on it.
Submit your final report in a PowerPoint slide show.
Please put some time in this. It is a 20 point project. Five of the points will complete the other points needed to reach your 100 point discussion assignments. The other 15 points are BONUS points!
