Starbucks is an amalgamation of different types of organizational structures. The structure design includes convergence among several elements of business e.g. the product-based division crosses with functional groups and geographic divisions, that further crosses with the other areas of the organization. Starbucks Coffee’s main features include; teams, functional hierarchy, product-based and geographical divisions (Meyer, 2019).
