While there is a great deal of information that must be learned related to laws and policies, it’s important to acknowledge the “people skills” it takes to be an effective administrator as well. In this two-part assignment, you will examine the broad aspects of being an administrator.
Research the terms supervision and leadership as they relate to school administrators and review the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders from the National Policy Board for Educational Administration. (attached)
