Students will respond to prompts to encourage deep reflection on how students have translated theory into practice and applied their knowledge and skills in addressing identified community needs. Students will further reflect on their interaction with the community service partner organization, such that students will respond to questions such as:
What went well? What did not go so well? How could any aspects of the interaction been handled better? What knowledge, skills, or abilities (KSAs) did you find yourself applying from this class to your community partner interactions or the process by which you completed the job analysis and produced the job description and job specification? Were you pleased with the deliverables? Was your client at the community partner pleased with your deliverables, meaning the job description/job specification you presented to them? Do you see a correlation between your classroom/academic experiences and your participation in service-learning activities, such as the activities done as a part of this class? If so, please discuss that correlation.
