Each student will be required to submit 2 pages (page restriction will be strictly observed), double-spaced, 12-pt. font typewritten case analysis (TEXT only not including references). If you use references besides your textbook, this can be placed on page 5. If using references (NOT REQUIRED), adhere to APA style. Please note that because of the strict page restriction, most students’ analysis will be focused on thefacts provided in your case text and textbook materials. You are not required to review external sources. But, if you want to, please review peer-reviewed journal articles and books. Refrain from using online sources such as Wikipedia, Investopedia, Business Dictionary, etc. I do not give credit for these sources. I frown upon the use of internet websites as references and rarely give credit for them!!!

Use the discussions questions at the end of the case to help frame/guide your analysis. This case requires the knowledge from the International management concepts. For example, the question# 1 is about the framework of cultural factors. Conduct SWOT analysis to evaluate the culture of the host country for sourcing the necessary ingredients. Question #2 is understanding the global management to assess the market. What might be some of the strategies to manage global markets? The concepts you address, and your explanations need to be supported with relevant concept from the text.

Should it be a factor in determining where you set up operations
6) Discuss and debate whether Hofstede and Hall’s analyses of cultures remain applicable to global business
