COMPONENT 002 (20%): GROUP PRESENTATIONAs a group,
identify two academic journal articles and two professional website articles
relating to graduate entry requirements and key challenges / issues which one
or more of your group members might encounter during their first year of
working in a particular business career. You should only consider one business
career for this group piece of work. This career could be in the UK or a
different country of your choice.
Next, conduct a critical evaluation of your group’s
chosen academic and professional articles and use them to support a ten-minute
presentation which provides an overview of the graduate entry requirements and
the key challenges/ issues for your group’s chosen business career.
Your presentation should consider:
(1) Your group’s choice of business career and
basic requirements to secure a first job
(2) Challenges a student might face during their
first year of working in this business career

Important Points + Guidance:(1) Groups will be
allocated by the seminar tutor at the beginning of the semester.(2) All
students in the group are required to present, though you decide between
yourselves who will be responsible for researching, creating, and delivering
particular sections.(3) Feel free to add a specific context to the graduate
labour market if this is beneficial to your group. You might, for example,
focus on a specific country or on a job market sector, but a more general
approach is fine, too. (4) You should collectively present no more than six
slides, excluding your title slide and end reference list slide. Slides should
be creative and engaging
