The scenario for this assignment is as follows:
You are the nurse manager of a unit or clinic. One of your employees notifies you that a nurse who reports to you made a post on social media using profanity and a tone perceived as threatening. In your reflection, draw on your previous experiences, background, culture, etc. (MO 3)
- Create a two-page reflection paper with analyses and solutions to deal with this problem based on appreciative communication and emotional intelligence.
- Reference and cite (in APA format) at least two articles of your choice related to appreciative or servant leadership from a peer-reviewed journal that supports your solutions and response to the given scenario.
