Your presentation to internal stakeholders should be a compilation of key aspects from your research into the criminal justice issue you identified. In addition, you should include an explanation of how your proposal supports the organization’s mission, your strategy to communicate the proposal to external stakeholders in your selected city (including members of the community), and an estimation of where the organization and surrounding community will be five to ten years after proposal has been implemented.

You have a good foundation for the beginning of your project. I liked the resources you used and the overall perspective. One area to further develop is the Strain theory section which is cursory. For both theories, include a reference as you are using external resources for defining them.
I would encourage you to include graphs or charts from your research and interpret them. This will add more detail on the data and you can use them later for the PowerPoint.

This was a good statement to include; “Rising crime rates in Chicago have been dealt with using different historical approaches, which have evolved as the times have changed. One of the historical approaches is putting community policing policies within the community. ” – When you construct your presentation and progress with the project, share some of the latest approaches being applied.
Overall organization, grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and spelling were good.

This short term statement was exceptional; “Through partnerships, this proposal will effectively mobilize Chicago’s external stakeholders to achieve the goal of crime prevention in the city, build stronger public-private linkages, and achieve zero-tolerance policing that lasts for more than ten years.” – Partnership with the community is the key to addressing many issues.
