Using a reflective model such as Kolbs learning theory (1984) or Gibbs
(1988), explain what the key insights are you have gained from using Cesim
simulation strategy game. Discuss what you have learnt in areas such as
strategic planning, teamwork, marketing, production, R&D etc. Moreover,
which elements of the learning process proved most challenging? Why? What might
you have done differently to achieve greater success?
