Cesim Global Challenge
Cesim Global Challenge performance is ultimately
measured by cumulative shareholder return. Successful teams pursue a consistent
strategy that targets profitable market segments in each of the three regions
and is robust in the face of changing circumstances in the industry and wider
global environment.
To provide a critical analysis
of the strategy adopted during the simulation game (6 rounds).
Please use the following

Describe your company’s results, and the current situation. What your
company’s original strategic intent was, what the emerging issues were, and
what the actual outcome was.
5.2 Review of financial performance
Present the key financial indicators. Provide screen shots inside the
report.
6.
Reflection (900-1000 words)
Using a reflective model such as Kolbs learning theory (1984) or Gibbs
(1988), explain what the key insights are you have gained from using Cesim
simulation strategy game. Discuss what you have learnt in areas such as
strategic planning, teamwork, marketing, production, R&D etc. Moreover,
which elements of the learning process proved most challenging? Why? What might
you have done differently to achieve greater success?
