1. Write an argument in favor of Pegasus International using intermediaries to pay the bribes to secure licenses in China. This argument should include:
Reference to hypernorms;
Reference to moral principles (including organization-specific moral principles);
Facts given in the case.
NOTES
Regardless of your personal judgment on this study, your argument must be clear, rational, and (potentially) convincing.
You should assume all facts or interpretations of facts in the case studies to be verified or reasonable. Do not call them into question to defend your position.
You may utilize no more than two reliable outside resources in your defense. These must be properly credited in a “References” list at the end of your post. (No outside resources are required, though if properly utilized they can greatly enhance the quality of your answer.)

3. Tell which argument — the one in Question 1 or the one in Question 2 — you find most persuasive and why.
You MUST pick one. “Both,” “neither,” “a little of one, a little of the other,” etc. are NOT available options.
Your reasoning MUST utilize the hypernorms, principles, and business-specific principles utilized above. Any you use here must have been used in your defense of the position you have selected as most persuasive.
Any evidence and reasoning you use to defend your choice must be reflected in your defense of the two positions in Questions 1 and 2. This is not the place for brand new evidence or reasoning.
However, you must not simply reiterate the argument you gave before. You must tell why you see this argument to be more persuasive than the other. This will involve explicit comparison/contrast of the arguments.
You may utilize the outside sources used in Questions 1 and 2, but no others.
4. Consider the argument you did NOT find more convincing. Tell one thing about that argument that you thought was a good point.
There must be at least one. If you find no points of the argument persuasive, then it was poorly written. You need to revise it so that it contains strong and persuasive points.
On a scale of 1-6 (with six being most likely), rate the likelihood that you could be persuaded by further argumentation and reasoning to change your mind on which argument is more persuasive. Explain your answer.
