You will propose a research question to guide your research on your selected public health issue, cite at least one article you have found that addresses your
selected public health issue, and briefly explain how this article is relevant to your final project research.
Prompt:
Review Chapters 1 and 2 in your textbook, as well as your response to the Module One journal activity. Consider a public health issue where a gap exists
among a certain population, and complete the Milestone One Chart Activity document by addressing the following:
Research Question: Propose a research question for a health issue where you have identified a gap in the existing scientific literature.
Source: Cite at least one article you have found that addresses your selected public health issue.
What is the significance of this data?
Relevance/Goals: How is this article relevant to your final project research? That is, what are some broader goals you hope to accomplish by proposing
further research?
Be sure to briefly discuss any potential relevance your proposed research question has to you personally. Also, think about which public health organization you
might turn to for help with funding the research. You will be considering these organizations more fully in Module Two. Incorporate instructor feedback on this
