Compare/contrast three art objects or buildings that represent three of the artistic periods presented over the course.
In the paper, you will provide a brief summary of each object or building’s origin, in addition to the actual “compare/contrast” portion of the paper.
How you arrange the sequence of introduction is up to you. Please also be sure to describe the individual works in detail as you summarize the works or as part of your compare/contrast.

The subjects of your Compare/Contrast paper should come from artists active:
in Europe or North America
At least ONE of the examples for the final compare/contrast essay must come from the last unit of this course. The other example/s may from from either the first or second half of the class.
Example:
Stone Breakers, Gustave Courbet (1850, Unit I) and Migrant Mother, Dorothea Lange (1936, Unit III)
