Project Business Organization
In units 5 and 6 you are learning about accounting for businesses. Keep in mind that all areas will be added to the final report on week 8, however, you will only submit the new areas for instructor review each week. During the overview for the week, we discussed the importance of various research techniques and accounting. The topics for your research will be:
Financial Planning
Accounting for your organization: Research the accounting tools that are used for the company that your team has chosen. Provide a report relating to the importance of using accounting tools for business. Research one of the competing companies in your organization. Compare and contrast the information you find including the following if it is available:
Financial statement analysis,
Corporate annual reports,
Capital investment analysis,
Internal controls,
Budgeting,
and performance measures.
The following should be submitted stand-alone and not part of the assignment that you previously submitted. Only add the references that you use in this section. Do not submit the previous sections from before so as to not have high instances of similarities when it is run through the plagiarism assignment checker.
Be sure to make corrections as noted from the previous weeks. If you do not correct the previous areas, note that additional points may be deducted.
Research Minimum Requirements
