Below are the instructions. My idea was to create a SWOT analysis in terms of creating and managing my own healthcare/OBGYN office. My current OBGYN office is very outdated. Still using paper charts, no technology advances (like apps for apointment reminders). The office also has a high-turn over rate. There is always a new front desk receptionist. From my research, its because of the pay/benefits being offered. There is only one OBGYN so if she is out or away, there is no one else that can see you.
I would like to either formulate the idea of starting my own office or becomig hired as a consultant who comes in to clean up the current OBGYN office. I attached some readings from this course just in case they may be helpful.
Instructions: The goal of this project is to successfully craft a pitch, grounded in theory, using the SWOT Analysis Model to approach a creative/innovative product or process design (Or existing product/process) that you have identified within your organization. I am more focused on the approach, given thought, and problem that your innovation solves for, rather than the implementation. If you feel that you have a better example for a SWOT Analysis with the approach of an Entrepreneur, go for it! I welcome SWOT Shark Tank Approaches!
