What is secondary transition and why are transition planning services so important for students with disabilities? What are the components of the Taxonomy for Transition Programming, and what are some of the actions you as the teacher can take to help students reach their goals? How would you as the teacher know which actions to choose?
What is an example of a post-secondary goal area? Do all students with disabilities require goals in all areas? Why or why not? What have you learned about ableism and what recommendations can you make for what must be done to improve the quality of life for adults with disabilities?
