In this journal entry, you will dive deep into a real-world example, analyzing a company’s recent tactical financing decision and suggesting alternative approaches. This exercise will help cement your understanding of the concepts from the lesson and textbook as you apply them in a practical context.
Start by selecting a company whose recent tactical financing decision piqued your interest. It could be a company that recently went public, secured a new lease agreement, or issued hybrid financing instruments such as preferred stocks or convertible bonds.
