The Epworth sleepiness scale (ESS) is a short self-assessment to identify how likely a client is to fall asleep during the daytime.

3. Geriatric Depression Scale
The Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) is a patient-reported outcome measure to screen for depressive symptoms among older adults.
4. Beers Assessment of Inappropriate Drugs
The criteria’s goal is to reduce the number of potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs) that older adults are exposed to. PIMs are drugs that pose a risk of causing adverse events.
