book, “Personal Finance”, Tracy Gary’s book, “Inspired Philanthropy: Your Step by Step Guide
to Creating a Giving Plan,” and other readings and data which have been shared from the units,
lectures, class presentations, and other assignments throughout this class, compose a 10-15 page
doubled-spaced compilation paper describing key thought processes, recommendations,
strategies and behaviors that contribute to being a “Money Smart, Inspired and Strategic
Philanthropist and an Emboldened Professional.”
Format of Compilation Paper: Specifically, the elements of the compilation paper should
include the following: a title page including the course name “CADS 3700″ student’s name,
headers on each page, page numbers. The paper should be 10-15 pages in length, typed, double-
spaced, 12-size font with 1-inch margins on all sides. Appropriate documentation must be used
for all references and quotations. Points will be deducted if appropriate format in

a donor advised fund, endowment, cash gifts, family foundation,
etc. and/or to leaving assets in your will specifically for
nonprofits and/or causes you believe in.
