Assignment Instructions:
For your Health Education Presentation you will share your experience with a *PowerPoint of the health education project or video presentation with a written evaluation to answer the following objectives:
Introduction explaining the purpose of the presentation.
Identify the health problem(Mental Health) or risk of your target population (Middle School).
Discuss the overall plan for the health education presentation, including but not limited to materials used, timeframe of presentation, and resources needed.
Provide evidence of the health education presentation to include: video of presentation(s) or PowerPoint presentation and handouts.
Evaluate the outcome of the presentation based on participants’ feedback and analysis of the evaluation tool. If the health education project will be presented in the future, discuss how the evaluation tool and feedback would be used to determine of outcomes were met. (Presentation will be in the Future).
Analyze the learning outcomes from the Practicum Learning Assessment Plan to determine if learning outcomes were met.
Summary explaining how the overall goal was met or not met, possible changes to the presentation for future use, and references used in creating the presentation.
