What are the 6 leadership styles discussed in your Giddens eBook? Discuss key characteristics of each of the styles.
Take this leadership quiz  https://www.umassglobal.edu/news-and-events/blog/what-type-of-leader-are-you-quiz. Based on this quiz, what is your leadership style? Do you agree with this? Why or why not? Give specific, descriptive examples.
Reflect on a favorite manager or supervisor you have worked with in either a current or past position. What was their leadership approach? What specific actions did they take that made them an effective leader?
What are specific differences between a leader and a manager you have witnessed in a past or current job?
While answering, keep in mind that I worked in a nursing home in my previous job, and currently, I am a correctional nurse.
