You have been recently selected to lead an organization related to your own professional field providing services at the global level. As the future leader, you are called to develop your Personal Leadership Plan. Your plan must reflect best practices following Global Leadership Competencies. Taking into consideration the skills, knowledge, and cultural competencies that you would need, prepare your plan as you begin to lead the organization. 
Be sure to include the following in your plan:
Introduction- Leading at the global level:
Describe the need and role for global leaders in your professional field. Include recommendations derived from the literature on becoming a global leader in your professional field. Use appropriate references to support your comments. 
Vision and expectations:
Provide clear and specific comments defining your vision as at the leader of the organization. Remember that a vision statement is succinct and specific. 
Objectives as a leader: 
Identify two-three objectives you would have as a leader. Include knowledge areas to improve or enhance to become an effective global leader. Align them with global leadership competencies as discussed in class.
Resources for professional development:  
Based on the areas that you identify as in need of improvement, include a list (five resources, references) of relevant resources you would use to enhance your knowledge and become an effective global leader.
