Give strengths and weaknesses of study designs and methods that could be used to answer your chosen research question. These should be situated in the context of your research project and not be a broad description of study designs and methods. (20 Marks).
Outline which study design will work best based on the strengths and weaknesses above. For example, if recall bias, confidentiality, follow-up, or dug side effects would be a problem in your study, which study design or methods would not be appropriate? (20 Marks)
Choose no more than 2 of the research methods that are linked to your study design and consider the pros and cons of these methods in relation to the research question. Include what research methods (i.e. interviews) could be used with your chosen study design (i.e. cross sectional). Justify with evidence which research method will work best specifically with your study design. (25 marks)
