Assessment:
You are a social worker tasked with completing a biopsychosocial assessment on a mock client. You may choose the mock client. Review the Appendix A: An Outline for a Biopsychosocial Assessment and Intervention Plan located in the Topic Resources.
Create a Word document using sections I-V headers for your biopsychosocial assessment. Written biopsychosocial assessments are narrative documents and not question and answer.
Genogram:
Using the same mock client, complete a three-generation genogram. There are multiple free websites that are available for your use: Genopro, Creately, Venngage. We do not require you to purchase any accounts or software. You may also use Word to complete your genogram.
The genogram must include a minimum of three generations and have at least five descriptive details including name, and gender per family member. Additionally, ensure you include a legend/key.
You will submit two items to your GCU instructor – the biopsychosocial and the genogram on the same mock client.
While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
