My role and function
My day -to -day job is assisting with interviews, training. We usually say we’re the last line the defense in helping agents to take over calls. Let me see what else. So I would say this basically it coaching as well. So you know it’s a solar company so what we do we’re marketing company for solar industry so the agents job really is to get the customer interested, qualify them, send them over to our client. So this is basically it. I think you could really maneuver along the line of the interviews and the coaching and really assisting agents and stuff put it over in your own unique way. I’m trying to do it fast. Got a lot of training going on right now but I know if you get clarity based on what I explain but yeah.
